Candy-Speckled Popcorn Bundt Cakes

Great for kids’ birthday parties!

 

  • 1/2 cup soft vegan butter or shortening
  •  2 cups vegan marshmallows
  • approx. 65 grams of plain popcorn (give or take)
  • 3/4 cup M&Ms

 

Directions:

In a large pot over medium heat, melt the vegan butter (or shortening) and marshmallows. In a large bowl, combine melted marshmallows with (cooled and kernel removed) popcorn, and add the M&Ms. Now pat popcorn mixture into mini bundt cake pans and place into refrigerator for 10 minutes. Invert into a serving tray and you are finished!!
