A fresh spin on the traditional, “egg-dilemma-laden” classic ~
You only need 5 ingredients (and zero eggs!):
- 2 cans worth of (24 hr chilled) coconut milk (only the creamy top part please)
- 1/4 cup raw, creamed honey
- 1/3 cup raw cacao
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pure almond extract
Note that your coconut cans will have to be chilled in the fridge for at least 24 hrs prior to making the chocolate mousse. Simply combine all the ingredients with a hand held mixer until creamy smooth. Fill into clear glasses and enjoy with your guests! (Be sure to keep in the fridge until ready to consume) TIP: I like to garnish the finished product with fresh organic walnuts, cinnamon sticks, and unsweetened shredded coconut ~
