Pressed for time? These quick and delicious protein bombs are guaranteed to impress the fam this Holiday season!
- 1 3/4 cups quick oats
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp sweetener of your choice (i.e brown rice syrup)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup “almond nogg” (available at Whole Foods)
- shredded, unsweetened coconut for coating
Simply combine all of the above, except the shredded coconut. Roll into desired size and coat with shredded, unsweetened coconut. This recipe is fool-proof, super fast, and makes a great yield. Wonderful with tea or coffee, or just a glass of home-brewed almond milk!
