What you need:
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/4 cup buckwheat grouts
- 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup previously soaked chia seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- OPTIONAL: 1 Tbsp unsweetened, pure cacao butter (chopped up)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all of the above in a bowl. Form into desired-sized rounds and bake for 15 minutes (before putting in the oven: sprinkle with more shredded unsweetened coconut!)
